The Many Uses of Acai Berry Juice

Acai berry juice has a number of uses that can help bring a new and healthier you into being. Acai is a small purple or green berry that has a high nutritional value, as a result it is highly prized in the health food market. However, this fruit is not viable long after harvest so it is usually shipped as Acai berry juice or as frozen/dried berries.

All of these ingredients help with handling stress, providing energy, increasing the metabolism even helping to produce healthy skin, hair and eyes. There are even ongoing studies that show that Acai berry juice added to the diet can help with chronic illnesses such as Diabetes and may be able to help those who are at risk or who have cancer.

Free radicals have been linked to some cancers and the Acai has one of the highest rankings when it comes to antioxidant content and the ability to prevent free radical activity within the body. This can also help you to look younger, feel younger and remove toxins from the body.

    How many calories should i eat?Ok so i want to loose weight… yea very original i know. but ive already done basic things. i went from like 2000 calories(a lot of them came from juice) to 1,300 give or take 50 calories more. i don’t really exercise because i have a very busy life with school. i have an ellipticall, a treadmill, a bow-flex, and a mini trampoline. i am a 5 foot 6 and a half foot girl who weighs 174 lbs, which as you can see is overweight. i have lost about 10 pounds but lately i either go up a few ounces or i stay the same.

    please don’t state the obviouse and say exercise… yea i get that… but if you have good workouts, then im game.
    oooo and don’tt say the acai berry… i have been using that

    You should find out what your body fat percentage is. . because everyones is different. .so you could be an avg weight. . but have like 40% body fat. Sometimes things that arent high in calories, are really high in FAT (ie cheese). Really examining the labels. . see how many servings. . and how many grams of fat. I am on a 1200 calorie / 30g fat diet. . Sometimes I am way under my calories, but WAY over my fat. . this helps me..References :

    How old are you? I don’t think that you should be worrying as much about the calories you take in (which for the normal women is 1,890) as much as the foods that you eat. Try having a good breakfast to start out the day. Eat whole grain, bread, bagels and cereal!
    Try to watch out for the red meats. Fish is going to be the best thing for you!! Pig and cow will help in no manner. It would be good if you tried to workout, and I think that it is going to be possible to fit some time in there. Even if it is only 5 minutes a day!!! Better than anything, right?
