i’ve been breastfeeding for 2 months but i really would like to try the acai berry supplement, without having to stop the breastfeeding. does anyone know if it affects my baby in any way?
There have been no adverse reports or studies showing that Acai has had any problems with pregnancy or nursing. In it’s simplest terms, it is a fruit with very high antioxidant support, so your body would see it similarly to eating a bunch of Grapes, Oranges, Apples, etc. You should have no problem at all.
