How much will I lose with Acai Berry Capsules?

I just got a 30 day free trial of Acai Berry Capsules & I am planning on taking one capsule everyday for 30 days. How much weight will I lose when my 30 days is up? Also, should I take a capsule every morning or every night? Which one is better?

Thanks. :)

Unless you intend to increase exercise, or decrease your caloric intake… Probably nothing, besides normal weight fluctuations.

Food and natural supplements will not make you lose weight. If I were you I’d throw them out, but if you’re intent on taking it, don’t expect much or anything to happen.

Unfortunately acai does not work for weight loss. If you lose any weight, it will be as result of a change in your eating habits, not because of acai. What it is good for though; because of the anti-oxidant properties is to help fight premature aging and some forms of cancer. So as long as it is pure acai, it will be beneficial for you to take from a health perspective.References : http://optimalbodyweight.com/blog/category/weight-loss-supplements/acai-berry
